Our cat ended up with a urinary blockage. I called first thing in the morning and the intake staff worked with me to get records from our previous vet and get our kitty in as soon as possible. All staff at this practice care about the well being and health of all the animals there. Even the intake staff were attentive to recognize our emergency and exercised diligence to get our cat taken care of. As a previous vet tech, I am confident to trust my animals’ lives in their hands! We will be lifelong patrons.

Boarding dogs bathroom and eating habits are not accurately observed or recorded, enclosures have holes in the floor large enough for dogs to step into, trip, stumble, getting caught in the drains, causing a number of injuries. The cat cages are never properly sanitized, especially the cage doors. Blankets and bedding are only changed when the employees deem them “smelly enough,” or have been soiled. They are not even shaken out once a day, even if the pet had been shedding fur, skin, walked in dirty yards full of uncollected feces from other pets, and dirtied their space. Pets that are dropped off to get groomed are kept without water all day, and are sometimes placed in the same kennel and yard as pets from other families, and are left unsupervised together.

Excellent care and very professional! Words are not enough nor can they fully express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr Brown and her extraordinary staff. Savannah, Amanda, Cearra McKenzie, Molly Vivian and all the staff are wonderful! My wife Lydia and I were blessed by Dr. Brown's love and wisdom, and her staff was always patient and caring. Thank you for your special love and care for our baby girl, Rubia. May God bless and reward your love and all your efforts.

So relieved to have a veterinary office and staff that go out of their way to make the pets and humans experience pleasant and easy. I have NEVER had to sit in the waiting room and wait. You are taken directly to a room so there isn't that unpleasant experience of having numerous dogs being reactive in a waiting room like at my former vet. Also payment is handled in the treatment room as well. AND you can actually stay with your pet during the exam. Dr. Buchanan is absolutely wonderful. I'm glad I made the change. Only wish I had done it sooner.

The staff was 👏🏽 I've only had my lab for a week but today I was ready to quit 🙃 it was raining 🌧 horribly this was our first car ride and she did not want to ride in the back. So much was going on. I forgot my leash, and Cookie did not make it easy on me. She actually broke her harness. I came into the office drenched. They assured me everything would be okay, grabbed a leash, an 🌂 and helped me inside. They are more than qualified to assist and help your pet (I know they helped me 😆). As a first-time dog 🐕 owner, they gave me tips, recommendations, and a hot cup of coffee ☕️ . So treats for my baby and me!!!!! They answered all my questions and showed empathy, understanding, & patience. I highly recommend and commend the staff. I wish I had taken more pics.

Love this vet. From the very beginning, when I first got my rescue dog October 2022, they have been there to help me as a new pet owner. Dr. Hankley is my dog's primary vet, but Dr. Steverson saw him once when he was sick. Both are just great. Front desk staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. Savannah comes to mind first as one of my favorites. Always a good day if you can get her. She is very efficient. Carrie, the groomer, does a great job, and her helper is great. Finally the little pink headed lady at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. There have been a couple of OOPS with your app, such as double booking appointments and getting services mixed up, as well as not connecting pre-completed forms with visits, that sort of thing. But, I realize how hard it is to train and keep good staff. Sometimes phone is just best. Overall great facility, been very happy with everything. And, everyone is so good with my dog, I feel like they really care about him.
